Return, Refund, Shipping & Delivery Investigation Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
Delivery & Carrier Investigation Policy
At ELVic™, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches its intended recipient.
If a package is marked as delivered but the customer reports non-receipt, ELVic™ reserves the right to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier before issuing a refund or replacement.
Customers agree to cooperate with any carrier investigation, including providing additional information when reasonably requested.
Refunds or replacements for packages reported as lost, stolen, misdelivered, or missing after delivery confirmation may be delayed until the carrier's investigation has been completed.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated while an active carrier investigation is ongoing, ELVic™ may provide all available shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation data, carrier communications, and investigation results to the payment processor, bank, or dispute resolution authority.
Fraudulent claims, false statements, or attempts to obtain products or refunds through misrepresentation may be reported to the appropriate authorities where permitted by law.
ELVic™ reserves the right to deny refunds where credible evidence confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
