Track Your ELVic™ Order
We ship every order with a tracking number so you always know where your parcel is. Here's how to check your delivery status:
Option 1 — Check via Your Order Confirmation Email
Look for an email from ELVic™ with the subject line "Your order is on its way". It contains a direct tracking link — simply click it to see real-time updates from the carrier.
Option 2 — Log In to Your Account
If you have an ELVic™ account, log in and go to Orders to view the status and tracking details for every order you've placed.
Option 3 — Use Shopify's Order Lookup
Don't have an account? You can still look up your order using your email address and order number.
Typical Delivery Timeline
Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
